who are you
Are you interested in the position as the next French customer service representative and are wondering whether you would be a good match? Here is what we are looking for:
- You are a (near) native French speaker and master English on a C1 level;
- You have an MBO level 4 or higher;
- You are available for a full-time position;
- You are motivated to learn about customer service;
- You are customer-oriented and have fun helping them.
what will you do
As the next French customer service representative you will:
- inform the customers about the company itself and their products (mainly B2B)
- help to find solutions for problems that occure and support them
- working close together with other departments of the company
