Regional Sales Manager (NL + FR)

We are looking for a regional sales manager for an international company operating throughout the world. In this role you will be focused on the Benelux area, and you will be in charge of sales and account management.

who are you

Who are you, as the right candidate for this regional sales manager role?

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently, as well as some French;
  • You have experience in a similar commercial (sales) role, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • You are ambitious, and are good at being in contact with clients, managing relationships, and closing sales deals;
  • Due to the seasonality of the products, you are able to be flexible in terms of work pressure and hours, depending on the time of year;
  • You do not mind being on the road and travelling to meet with clients, for 70% of your work.

what will you do

Together with one more colleague, in this role of Regional Sales Manager you will be in charge of the Benelux region, but you are also closely in contact with the Swiss team and some Swiss clients. This means following up on new leads, but also building and maintaining relationships with (existing) clients. You will help train new retail partners on location, and will regularly visit both them, but also clients, in order to optimize the sales results.
When there are (international) events such as fairs, you are part of the team to represent the brand!

where will you work

The company exists for more than 120 years, and is an international company with headquarters in Switzerland. They are active all over the world, and especially in Europe, where they are growing quickly. Because of their quick growth, they are looking for a regional sales manager to help within the Benelux area.
As part of the onboarding, you will be in Switzerland for 2 weeks to follow all necessary trainings, and meet all colleagues at the headquarters.
